2. Payments
All payments for services must be made according to the agreed proposal, contract, or invoice terms.
Payments may be required in advance unless otherwise stated in writing. Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or termination of services.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Clients may request to cancel or reschedule consulting sessions by providing at least 24 hours’ notice.
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of fees paid for that session.
4. Refund / Return Policy
Due to the nature of consulting and professional services:
- All sales are generally non-refundable
- Refunds may be considered only at our discretion if services have not yet begun
- Once consulting services, strategy sessions, or deliverables have started, no refunds will be issued
If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method.
5. Intellectual Property
All materials, documents, strategies, and content provided by FIRST CENTER CONSULTING LLC remain our intellectual property unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.
You may not copy, distribute, or resell any materials without written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
FIRST CENTER CONSULTING LLC does not provide legal, financial, or accounting advice. Clients are responsible for their own business decisions and outcomes.
